Terms of Service
These terms are meant to be readable. By using AnimeVolt, you agree to use the service responsibly, pay for any plan you choose, and respect the rights of other people and platforms.
Using AnimeVolt
You may use AnimeVolt to create scripts, storyboards, images, videos, voices, lip-sync clips, and related project assets.
You are responsible for the materials you upload, the prompts you submit, the outputs you publish, and the way your team uses the workspace.
You may not use AnimeVolt to break the law, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, abuse payment systems, disrupt the service, or generate content that is clearly unsafe or harmful.
You may not use AnimeVolt to generate, request, or refine NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content, including nudity-focused content or sexual fetish content.
You may not use AnimeVolt to create sexualized content involving minors, exploitative sexual content, or content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts and access
Keep your login credentials secure and make sure the email on your account is reachable. We may use it for receipts, support follow-up, account notices, and policy updates.
We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, payment problems, security risk, or activity that puts AnimeVolt or other users at risk.
Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans provide credits and feature access according to the plan shown at checkout. Credit usage can vary by model, resolution, duration, retry behavior, and feature type.
Subscription periods renew according to the billing option you choose unless you cancel before renewal. If a plan is cancelled, access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices, plan details, model availability, and credit costs can change. When changes matter, we try to present them clearly in the product or at checkout.
Generated content and rights
You keep responsibility for checking whether your generated outputs can be used in your intended context, including commercial releases, client work, platform uploads, or licensed IP adaptations.
AI models can produce unexpected, inaccurate, or similar-looking results. Review outputs before publishing and do not rely on AnimeVolt as a legal clearance service.
If a third-party model or provider has additional use rules, those rules may also apply to content generated through that provider.
We may block, remove, or refuse prompts, jobs, assets, or accounts when content appears to violate these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, provider rules, or payment-partner requirements.
Service changes
We may update features, models, limits, pricing, or workflows as AnimeVolt evolves. We may also pause or remove features when required by providers, law, security, or reliability concerns.
We aim for a stable product, but the service is provided as available. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, missed deadlines, or creative decisions made from generated output.
Support and disputes
For account, billing, or policy questions, contact support. Clear screenshots, order IDs, timestamps, and project names help us resolve issues faster.
If we need to update these terms, the revised version will be posted here with a new update date.
