Refund Policy

Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you bought the wrong plan, were charged twice, could not access the paid plan because of a system issue, or believe the charge was made in error.

Refunds are easier to approve when the plan has not been meaningfully used. If credits were heavily consumed, generated assets were downloaded, or the workspace was used for production, we may decline the request or offer a partial solution instead.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current paid period, because access remains available until that period ends.

If an unexpected renewal happens, email us as soon as possible. We will review the timing, usage after renewal, and payment records before deciding whether a refund is appropriate.

Credits spent on completed AI generation tasks are generally non-refundable because compute is consumed immediately by the model provider.

If a task fails because of an AnimeVolt-side issue and credits were still deducted, we will usually restore the credits or offer another practical fix.

Email support with the account email, order ID or checkout email, the plan name, the charge date, and a short explanation of what happened.

We may ask for extra details before approving a refund. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when the payment provider supports it.

We try to review refund requests within 3-5 business days. After approval, the bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the money back to your account.
