For paid plans, payment processing is handled by our payment partners. We receive billing status, order identifiers, plan information, and limited transaction records, but we do not store your full card details.

We use your information to provide the product, save your projects, run AI generation tasks, calculate credits, process billing, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

We may review operational logs, error reports, and usage patterns to keep the service reliable and improve the creation flow.

We do not sell your personal information. If we work with infrastructure, model, analytics, storage, or payment providers, we share only what is reasonably needed for those services to work.

Your uploaded and generated content remains associated with your account so you can keep working on it. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed for any materials you upload.

Some AI providers may process prompts or files outside AnimeVolt. Their processing rules can vary by model and provider, so do not upload content that you are not allowed to share with a generation service.

We may remove or restrict content if it appears to violate law, platform rules, payment network requirements, or the rights of others.

We keep account, project, billing, and operational records for as long as needed to provide AnimeVolt, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

You can ask us to delete or export account-related data by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained when required for fraud prevention, billing, tax, security, or legal reasons.

We use practical administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, authenticated sessions, and provider-level storage controls. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep risk low and respond quickly when issues appear.

You can update account information in the product where available, cancel paid plans through billing controls, and contact us about privacy requests.
